Your Role:
Run the dishwashing station and keep it on top through service.
Help with food prep, following direction from the chefs.
Keep the kitchen clean and organised, clean as you go.
Receive and put away deliveries, checking quality and rotating stock.
Take care of the dry store and coolroom, keeping everything ordered, labelled and rotated.
Handle and store food in line with health and safety standards.
