About You:

  • Reliable, hardworking and happy to get stuck in.

  • Clean and organised, with pride in a tidy, well-run kitchen.

  • Keen to learn, with room to grow into more if that's what you want.

Your Role:

  • Run the dishwashing station and keep it on top through service.

  • Help with food prep, following direction from the chefs.

  • Keep the kitchen clean and organised, clean as you go.

  • Receive and put away deliveries, checking quality and rotating stock.

  • Take care of the dry store and coolroom, keeping everything ordered, labelled and rotated.

  • Handle and store food in line with health and safety standards.
