About You:

• Warm, confident and professional in your presentation.

• Energetic, customer-focused, and eager to grow.

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• A team player who takes pride in delivering genuine hospitality.

Your Role:

• Provide warm, attentive service while greeting and seating guests.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and operate the POS with confidence.

• Deliver food and drinks with care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are upheld.

• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting front-of-house environment at all times.

• Assist with food handling and preparation in line with health and safety standards where required.

• Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally within your scope.

• Support the team to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy periods.

Our Requirements:

• Current Victorian RSA.

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue.

• Strong understanding of customer service and professionalism.

• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
