Your Role:

• Greet and seat guests with warm, attentive service.

• Take food and drink orders accurately and run the POS with confidence.

• Deliver food and drinks with care, holding our quality and presentation standards.

• Keep front of house clean, organised and inviting at all times.

• Resolve guest concerns calmly and professionally within your scope.

• Support the team to keep service smooth through busy periods.

Our Requirements:

• Current Victorian RSA.

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue.

• Strong understanding of customer service and professionalism.

• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
