About You:

• Passionate about specialty coffee. We proudly use a locally roasted, award-winning blend and regularly trial new products.

• At least 2 years’ experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.

• Confident working independently during busy service.

• Energetic, customer-focused, and eager to grow.

• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Your Role:

• Prepare high-quality drinks with consistency and care, while supporting the team with warm, attentive service.

• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting section at all times.

• Regularly check and dial in the grinder to ensure quality and consistency.

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in both coffee preparation and presentation.

• During weekdays, you may be the sole barista on the machine.

Our Requirements:

• Current Victorian RSA (or willingness to obtain).

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality venue.

• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.
